Mandy Ledall was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Exercise and Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center .

Mandy earned her specialization in Pelvic Health Therapy through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
